When the Tiktok appeared, it completely re-drafted the concept of the remix, where we see its videos everywhere, where the content creators repeat the process I mentioned above and create trends. Let's discuss the views: We say is it a creative process ? Yes, it is. Is it a violation of copyright laws? Not completely, but relative. I saw the comment of one of the singers saying: I feel warm when I see my song that I wrote 13 years ago has returned and spread again. Is creativity shouldn’t limited by copyright ? We also say it should , Because creativity is in fact not in absolute freedom, otherwise it would not be creativity, rather creativity is creating something unfamiliar from familiar circumstances, and this is how many works, novels, films, etc are built from the womb of suffering.
