Online Celebrities-Derya Özgör

Nowadays, with the increase in technology and digitalization, different areas have begun to emerge. Microcelebrity, also known as YouTuber, blogger, influencer, etc. People with names created different areas. With these fields, they started to gain profits in different ways in the late capitalist society. We have started to contribute to this situation with social media applications. For example, on Instagram, influencers promote a product and encourage people to buy it. It shares a link with them to buy this product, and this link directs people to shopping sites and allows them to shop there. As a result of this link they share, influencers or people with other similar names make income with intangible labor and we contribute to the growth of "influencer commerce" and "attention economy" with this endless cycle.
