With the advancement of computers and the internet in the twenty-first century, the game industry has grown. Large player populations for the games began to form as a result of this development. Because of the large masses have also started to increase the interest of brands in the game industry. As a result, we began to come across advergame. Beat Rugby made by Adidas is a nice illustration of this. With this marketing strategy, Adidas was able to make a significant effect. Furthermore, brands not only develop games, but we also see advertisements for their products in popular games.


For example, in the popular video game "FIFA" sports shoe brands such as Nike and Adidas are prominent. We can see the advertisements of the brand. This is a good way to sell your game in-game. We can pay more attention to such commercials while playing the FIFA game than we can to advertisements on television. Because we pay more attention to the game in games than we do on television, the things we see can stick with us much longer.


As a result, we can conclude that gaming product placements are far more memorable and effective than television commercials.
