One of the popular examples for digital archives is Dropbox which is used by millions of users all around the world today. It helps in storing large numbers of data in a fraction of a second. One of the main things to note is the storage requirements and they play an important role in storing documents. Traditional archives are more focused on preserving the historical background of the documents which are valuable to the state and are often subjected to forgery. However, digital archives have proved to be a better source of storage compared to the traditional ones due to its cost effectiveness and accessibility to the ones in need.
