I want to talk about a digital archive that everyone has known for a long time: It can store photos, text files and spreadsheets such as spreedsheets in Google drive. Google drive, which entered our lives in 2012, is defined as a kind of file hosting service. Google storage can be done for text files, spreadsheet, videos, audio files and drawings. In addition, the virus protection system works very well, and to benefit from all these services, it will be enough to have a g-mail account. You can also perform file dragging for the Google drive file upload function. To do this, you must first go to drive.google.com and create a folder. As a second step, drag it into the file or folder on the desktop that you want to upload and complete the installation process in a practical way.
However, it should be noted that as of December 11, 2017, Google announced that it is no longer used as before. Instead, it was divided into two different groups as individual and business users. The basis of all this is to manage data more effectively. The main point to be noted here is that unlike traditional archives, it provides numerous opportunities for transferring and storing our files in digital media.
Complete history of digital archiving with in a form of short brifing is a nice way to write. It is nice for you to mention differences between the archive we know and digital.

I agree that the digital archive helps us handle our data more efficiently. We can now save and manage our data much more easily thanks to Google Drive and other digital archives. (Beydullah Kar)
