It has been argued that archives are not only in libraries or museums as in the past, but are created by virtual users. New media technologies have changed the underlying cultural and social structure of archives, resulting in a central power relationship. In the digital age, the word archive has gained a new dimension. For example, the clouds that are widely used today are used in almost every phone and computer. It stores users' text, photo/video, audio files, documents, speech backups (WhatsApp chat backup). Some of these sample applications we mentioned are; Google Driver, One Driver, box, etc. In addition, another example of digital archives is Youtube. Because they are user-generated content. What distinguishes these archives from others is that they are personalized and self-centered. Based on all these, the clearest differences emerge between the traditional archive and the digital archive. It has given the opportunity to be one step away from the information, instead of going to the libraries to access the information, from the easy and fast backup of personal data. In addition, the digital archive is a good storage resource that prevents the user's data from being lost.
