ABOUT GAMING BY DILARA NUR OKA

Each country that is concerned with the game sector has video games of different standards, and each appeals to different groups. Some countries like Japan, America, Sweden are known for some of the games they release. However, no matter what country's game it is, the important thing is the opportunity for players to choose and experience games that suit their style and interests.

I don't play games very often these days, but I used to love to play video games before. I played games such as Fortnite, Pubg, GTA, Minecraft, and a PlayStation game name Uncharted. As a player, I can say that I got what I expected from these games, that is, a quality game gives players quality time and a universe where they can play without getting bored. Although each of the games appeals to different age groups, experiences, different interests, and the graphics are different, as a player who has experienced all of them, I can say that such constantly evolving games (especially Fortnite and Pubg) are successful. In the games I play, that is, as far as I remember, in Gta and Fortnite, Mc Donalds, Coca Cola, Pringles, Kitkat, etc... and in Uncharted, there were food advertisements placed on billboards in the game, such as the subway. In Fortnite, some collaborations for the game or based on real advertisements (some well-known players, TV series, famous DJs like Marshmellow, famous beverage and food brands, etc...) can direct people to this game or players to these brands.

As a potential customer, I can say that these promotional strategies are quite effective for gamers like me. Because when there is a need for drinks and food during long hours of gaming, the food and beverage advertisements that appear in front of us direct and encourage us to them. Then we can order food or drink something from these kinds of brands. Or, no matter how much we focus on the game, the promotions ads and products we come across attract our attention when we return to our real-life engraved in our minds and leave a familiar taste to us. Thus, they are the first names that come to mind when we need them. I think these advertising strategies work pretty well in some ways.
